摘要：PURPOSE:To obtain inert gas for purge capable of recognizing easily the existence of dangerous gasses in various kinds of plants by blending the substances capable of identifying the existence of the dangerous gasses with the inert gas such as gaseous nitrogen purging the dangerous gasses incorporated in the prescribed space. CONSTITUTION:The substances such as hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan by which men can identify the existence of gaseous nitrogen with the olfactory sense or the like are stored in a housing vessel 60 of the blended material. When the reduced pressure of the inside of a reactor system is reached to zero, an on- off valve 48 of a feed pipeline 36 for purge gas and a main on-off valve 52 of bomb are opened to introduce gaseous nitrogen to the inside of the system. At this time, a blending ratio regulating valve 58 of a blending pipeline 56 together with a flow rate regulating valve 50 is regulated to the suitable amount and thereby the odorants incorporated in the housing vessel 60 are blended into gaseous nitrogen with the prescribed blended amount to supply them to the inside of a reactor 10 via a pipeline 12 for feeding raw material.
