摘 要
ABSreactor 性能树脂是聚丁二烯橡胶、单体苯乙烯和丙烯晴的接枝共聚物,它兼具三种组分的共同性能,无毒、无臭、耐冲击、质硬、尺寸稳定、耐化学腐蚀、电性能良好、易于成型加工,表面光洁和容易着。ABS树脂是目前产量最大、应用最广的热塑性工程塑料。
目前世界上ABS树脂合成仍广泛采用的是乳液接枝掺混法。该法是用乳液接枝法生产高胶的ABS接枝粉料作为中间品,将中间品于本体AS聚合物进行掺混。挤出造粒生产ABS树脂。该法工艺成熟、流程短、设备少、生产品种多、适宜大规模生产。
本设计主要完成了ABS接枝粉料段的工艺流程设计、反应釜设计、车间布置设计、编制了设计。
