摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of a magnetic flux and to improve the thermal convection by inclining an air core reactor with respect to the horizontal line at the central axis of the coil and containing it in an outer box. CONSTITUTION:An air core reactor 6 is contained and arranged in an outer box 5 made of a magnetic metal which is mounted so that the central axis is vertical under the floor in a vehicle and provided with upper and lower holes 5a, 5b in such a manner that the central axis 6c of the coil is inclined to the horizontal line. This inclining angle alpha is set to a range of 30-60 deg.. In this manner, since thermal dissipation is executed from the interior and the outer periphery of the reactor 6, the cooling effect of the reactor 6 can be improved, and since the magnetic flux M due to a commutation current is shielded by the box 5, the leakage magnetic flux out of the box 5 can be reduced to a minimum.
