摘要：PURPOSE:To easily and surely obtain the optimum information always by constituting the title monitoring device so that the picture constitution of the device can be changed arbitrary by the remote control of an operator. CONSTITUTION:A light beam detector 8 is provided on the surface of a large- sized display device 7 and, when the detector 8 detects a laser beam from a light beam emitter 9a, the detector 8 outputs a detecting signal to a position identifier 10. The identifier 10 collates the designated position with the content of the displayed picture at that point of time and identifies the designated picture and position. A changeover designating device 11 outputs a switching instruction to a picture constituting device 4 when the instruction signal of a remote controller 9 and the signal of the identifier 10 are inputted. Accordingly, the device 4 constitutes a picture in accordance with the instruction and outputs the picture to a picture display controller 6. Therefore, the operator can easily select necessary information and display the information on the large-sized display device by remote control. Thus the operation monitoring efficiency of the nuclear reactor plant can be improved.
