优点-- merits  advantages
One of my strong points is that I am able to work conscientiously under great pressure. The more challenging my task is, the better. And I’m a self-motivated person and like to look for better ways of doing the work.
I think I possess lots of strengths. First, I am hard working; second, I am independent but I can cooperate well with my team members; third, I have a high sense of responsibility. I am quite flexible. I am accustomed to learning new skills and able to transfer my job skills to new areas successful.
I like innovative thinking and I am fascinated by various ideas and ingenious designs(创新).
缺点--demerits  disadvantages  shortcomings
I used to be like to work on one project to its completion before starting another one. I just can’t separate my heart and attention to two different jobs,you know that feel right? but now I’ve learned how to manage time and prioritize works. So I can work on many projects at the
same time, it allows me to be more effective and creative in each one.
职业规划--career planning
I am motivated by constant progress. I like to be challenged on the job and desire the opportunity to show my skills and talents. “Accumulate richly and break forth vastly”is my motto.
My primary objectives at present are to learn as much as possible about your company’s product,organizational structure so that i can have a good start in your company,improve my skills and capabilities and become a very qualified assistant(员工). So my target in the early stage is accumulation. I will enjoy growing with Ericsson(公司名称).
In long term after having an experience of about three to five years I want to become an excellent Software Development Engineer(正式职位) and finally see myself at the top level.
I believe that quality leadership and culture in the workplace have allowed me to work at my best. I find it exciting to implement new ideas and see them put into effect. I find the mo

业余爱好--hobby and interest
    My favorite sport is yoga and fitness because they can make me face stress easily and keep positive. I can hold a yoga pose for a long period of time with some slow music. During that time I can do some meditating which helps me figure things out. That contributes me to be a person with a good command of compression capability. At the same time ,it can prove that I’m a determined and strong-willed person

    My biggest achievement is leading my whole public relations member to complete the welcome party successfully in 2014.10.This activity is of great significance to me, because it was the first time I had completed an activity as the principal responsible person from planning to organization. As a student without practical experience, I think my biggest problem is the shortage of working experience. But I don’t think this will be my weakness in my future work life because I’m a hard and careful learner and I have the ability to learn new knowledge quickly.

Frankly speaking, that is English. It often produce ambiguity if I don’t express clearly sometimes. But I had waked up to the importance of English, I spent most of my spare time reading and speaking English material(Script of American TV Series--Modern family). And now I can express what I want to say fluently.

The biggest mistakes I made was a poor record in the first college year.（Indeed, my grades are not so good). When my first year in the university I participated in the public relations association and took up lots of time. Of course, the duty of a student is learning. However, I can learn what would not be taught in the classroom such as the interpersonal relationship, ideas towards win and losing and spirit of facing difficult and never giving up. I think this valuable experience can not be replaced.
成绩不好
I only earned average grades in university but my ability at work has been proven to be quite excellent. I prefer the practical results reaped from work to the tedious learned from class, learning from work interest me most.
The biggest mistakes I made was a poor record in the first college year, I used to think that I don’t need to study hard in college because I just separated myself from senior high school, but I’ve learned that the record is the most important thing that I should work hard for. And now,even I’m not very outstanding, but I think I’m better than used to be.
