内容分析：
本板块围绕单元话题，以“创建校园俱乐部”创设情境，展开有综合性、关联性和实践性的听、说、读、写等学习活动。教学活动首先引导学生获取建议书文体特征的知识，再组织学生就“创建校园俱乐部”这一话题展开讨论，最后完成给学校写一封建议书的任务。

Step 1 Free talk.
Have you joined any school clubs before?
What clubs are there in your school?
Do you know how to start a new club?

Step 2 Listening.
1. Read the steps in A1, and try to predict the right order.

Step 3 Reading.
Read Maggie’s proposal on Page 9. Find details about the information part of the form on Page 8.
