With the rapid development of the number of the graduates, the challenges of starting a career after graduation has become an inevitable issue.
From my perspective, the challenges come from different aspects. On one hand, given to more graduates than before, the stress derives from graduates with better capability is heavier. On the other hand, a number of professions now are ample, there is no space for the graduate without experience to get involved. For the sake of facing the challenges, we ought to take measures to ease the pressure. First factor, it is significant for us to do well in our college study, only by learning major knowledge well can we take into practice skillfully while starting a career. Second factor, starting a career can’t be done by ourselves, good assistances are required when striving. If friends we made in college were capable to assist us, what would be arduous for us?
In a nutshell, starting a career of our own is never an easy affair to complete, spare no efforts is what we can do.
