一、教学目标
1. 巩固前一课所学单词。
2. 复习用feel和look表达情绪。
3. 复习前一课所学句型:I feel. Because.
                      He looks.because
4. 学习并掌握更多表示情绪的高级词汇:shame, grief, fear, disappointment.
5. 掌握常见情绪所对应的习语。
6. 能够用英语表达他人的内心情感。
7. 能够用英语简单说明他人内心情感产生的原因。
8. 学会控制自己的不良情绪。
二、教学重难点
1. 掌握更多表示情绪的高级词汇:shame, grief, fear, disappointment.
2. 掌握常见情绪所对应的习语。
3. 学会控制自己的不良情绪。
三、课前准备
1. 教材相配套的教学挂图,一些图片,自备的单词小卡片等。
2. 准备一些小礼物如糖果,巧克力等。
四、教学过程
Step 1 warming up
Discuss
1.教师发问:When was the last time you cried? Why?
What make you happy? Are you happy when other people are happy?
Did you often feel sad? What will you do when you are upset?
Why do people get angry? How do you control your angry?
Do you know different emotions? What are they?
Step 2 Presentation
1.教师介绍本课单词,可配合表情,动作。如教师做出恐惧状,并说I feel fear.并板书fear.
2.教师做出失望状,并说I’m disappointment. 并板书disappointment.
3.以此类推分别介绍其他单词。
4.请6个学生上台站成一排,最后一个学生做表示情绪的动作给前一个学生看,注意学生不能说话,然后该生揣摩意思并作出相应的动作给前一个看,直到传给第一个学生,第一个学生
要说出该动作的对应单词,如果与最后一个学生的本意符合就获胜,获胜的一组可以得到奖励。
5.教师展示各种习语,请学生猜测对应的单词。如教师板书over the moon, 可以给出几个选项让学生猜出正确答案,猜对的学生可以获得奖励。
6.以此类推介绍其他情绪对应的习语。
7.教师展示习语和单词,请学生进行搭配练习,看谁能又快又准的完成。
Step 3 talk
师生共同交流控制情绪的重要性。
五、作业
1. 听录音,并模仿跟读。
2. 熟读课文。
3. 巩固所学的表示情绪的单词。
4. 复习feel 和look的用法。
5. 复习情绪对应的习语。
6. 完成课后习题。
7. 预习新课。

Step 1 Revision
1) Revise the sentence pattern: What does your mother do?

2) Revise some old words and then play a game.
3) Let’s sing the old song.

1)Teach the new words: restaurant company library  taxi driver
2) Teach the new sentences: My mother is a teacher in a school.
My father is a manager in a big company.
Let the pupils look at the pictures in your text books.

Step 3 Comprehension
1) Look at the slide picture and listen—Listen and point—listen and follow— practise speaking in two steps—pair work
2) Act out this dialogue in pairs.
Step 4  Applications
1) Ask the pupils to make up dialogues in pairs by using the sentence patterns.
2) Divide the class into boy team and girl team, get one pupil from each of the team at once, and act out the dialogue.
3) Group work. Invite as many groups to act out the dialogue.
Step 5 Homework
1) Listen to the tape at home.
2) Make up the new dialogue and act it out.
3) Copy the new words three times.

Unit7 第2课时教学设计
一、教学目标
1. 听懂、会用She comes from She speaks She looks and She likes sports. She can run very fast.等句型描述人物特征。
2. 能在教师的引导下,完成Part C Listen and tick or cross部分的练习。
二、教学准备
1. 教师准备:
(1) Let’s learn部分的单词卡片。
(2) Let’s sing部分、Let’s talk部分及Listen and tick or cross部分的音频。
(3) —组图片,要求人物特征对比明显(如一个又矮又瘦的女子和一个又高又壮的男子)。
2. 学生准备:几个朋友的单人照。   
三、教学方法建议
I. 课程导入(Leading In)
1. 课前热身
(1) 教师出示所准备的一组图片,请学生创编一首chant:
What’s she like? What’s she like?
She is thin and short. She is thin and short.
What’s he like? What’s he like?
He is tall and strong. He is tall and strong.
(2) Part A Warming up: Draw your favorite animal and describe
1. 先由学生画出各自喜欢的小动物。
2. 教师引导学生尽可能多地说出一些描述人物特征的词汇,如:big, small, long, tall, short, thin, strong, old, young, beautiful, nice, lovely及一些表示颜的词汇。
3. 让学生两人一组,相互介绍各自所画小动物的特点。教师注意鼓励学生运用本部分所提供的句型和已掌握的词汇对小动物进行详细的描述。
