With spring upon us it won’t be long until it’s time to get back outside
it is spring怎么读and begin enjoying the good weather. If you happen to be managing

exercise. The Arthritis Foundation believes “Moving is the Best
Medicine.”
May is National Arthritis Awareness month. In an article on the
Arthritis Foundation website about Osteoarthritis they report “keeping
your weight down is critical to damaged joints – for every pound you
lose that’s 4 pounds of pressure off your knees!” making walking less
painful with every pound lost. With reduced pain, you’ll be motivated
to live a more active lifestyle.
Sit and Be Fit workouts focus on gentle exercise, which benefits
those suffering from the painful effects of the many different types of
