课程简介：
沙滩足球是一项很有吸引力的休闲运动项目，其比赛过程基本上都是短兵相接，攻防转换快，战术运用相对简单，所以，看上去没有传统足球那样拖沓，场面更激烈，可以让您尽享休闲运动给您带来的无穷乐趣。沙滩足球不但可以强化肌肉和关节机能，还可以提高运动员的供氧能
力。正因为在沙滩进行比赛不容易进行地面战，所以经常见到球员做一些较高难度的动作，如挑起足球作抽射等。现沙滩足球已成为发展最快的职业竞技运动之一。
课程考核：
课程最终成绩=平时成绩*30%+期末考试成绩*70%；
平时成绩由出勤率的完成情况决定；
期末考试内容：沙滩足球比赛

Brief introduction of this course:
    Beach soccer is a very attractive leisure sport. Basically the game is short combat, the speed of conversion is faster, and the use of tactics is relatively simple. So it is not as slow as the traditional football, which has stormy scences.Thus you can enjoy endless fun brought by this recreational sport. Beach Soccer can not only strengthen the muscles and joints function, but enhance athletes’ oxygen capacity. Because of difficult match hold in beach, people can often see players do more difficult movements, such as stirring soccer for shot. Now beach soccer has grown into one of the fastest professional sports.
Courses Assessment:
The final grade in the course=regular grades*30%+ final exams*70%
Regular grades is decided by the attendence rate.
