摘要：PURPOSE:To produce a large displacement amount from a displacing member having a small displacing amount by mounting the member which displaces longitudinally to a plate on the plate, and converting the displacement of the member by the plate to a variation amplified in a different direction. CONSTITUTION:Displacing members 16a, 16b which displace longitudinally of a plate 11 are engaged with engaging members 20a, 20b with the longitudinal end of the plate 22 having a rigidity. The members 16a, 16b are, for example, formed by laminating piezoelectric elements. An attachment 24 for contacting with a member to be displaced is mounted at the top of the plate 22, and a coil spring 26 and a damper 28 are mounted as aiding units in response to the attachment 24 on the back surface of the plate 22. A voltage is applied from a power source 30 to the members 16a, 16b to generate a longitudinal variation (an arrow) of the plate 22, and amplified and converted to the displacement of DELTAy direction under the aid of aiding units, thereby driving the member to be displaced.
