摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent a decrease of strength, by embedding a one-way directional reinforcing fiber bundle, being a core, to be formed in a tapered shape and preventing the generation of a part locally providing a large amount of resin. CONSTITUTION:A leaf spring 10 is molded by using the first continuous one-way directional reinforcing fiber bundle 11, provided over the whole length of the leaf spring, and the second one-way directional reinforcing fiber bundle 12. The leaf spring, after it winds in a mold these bundles to be alternately piled in a plate thickness direction, is drawn from the outside and hardened by removing surplus resin. Accordingly, the leaf spring, surely performing the work drawing the fiber bundle impregnated with resin and enabling the surplus resin and a bubble or the like to be removed, enables a decrease of strength to be prevented.
