scraper摘要：PURPOSE:To obtain uniform scraping quantity and easily adjust the quantity in a disc feeder supplying fixed quantity of a pulverulent material, by providing a stirring and mixing blade in the downstream side of an intermediate separator plate and filling the material into the groove of a feed disc with rotary motion of said blade. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting knob 26 is turned to set the height of a scraping blade 25 to desired scraping quantity, and a pulverulent material is fed into a cylinder 2 to drive a motor, then a feed disc 9 and stirring blade 11 are rotated at equal speed and the pulverulent material on an intermediate separator plate 10 is dropped and accumulated while being stirred on the feed disc through a guide tube 10d from a drop hole 10c. This accumulated pulverulent material is filled in a groove 9a by a stirring mixing blade 12 rotated through meshing with clicks 9c of the feed disc 9, formed to uniform height by a scraper plate 16 and taken out by the scraping blade 25. Said blade 12, filling the material in movement externally of the feed disc 9 at a point M while internally at a point N, can perform the filling operation without a gap.
