制作方法：
1．将白面粉放入盆内加水250克和成面团，揉匀揉光。
2．高粱面另放一盆，将开水500克浇入面内，用筷子搅匀、揉光，软硬程度要与白面团相适宜。
3．将白面团上案揉匀按扁，包入红面团成圆球形，再按扁，用擀杖擀成约3毫米厚的大片，再用刀划成16厘米宽的长条，然后横切成约3毫米宽的面条，投入开水锅内煮熟捞出即成。
