What is your weakness?
My biggest weakness is that I sometimes can get a little unorganized.
Once I realized the problem, I started using a daily planner and writing down daily and weekly tasks that I needed to accomplish.
In situations where there is a deadline to be met, I tend to want things to be done quickly and efficiently and, in these situations, I have tended to finish my tasks quickly and consistently update myself on the status of my co-workers’ duties. This has made me appear to be impatient in front of others.
As a result, I have learned to be cognizant of this fact and no longer try to constant update myself on what my co-workers are up to as often. Instead, I have implemented weekly meetings where everyone comes to the table with their updates and that has led to greater efficiency for everyone involved.
